HYPNOTIC DREAM

Permanent Light Installation

Hypnotic Dream is a permanent audiovisual light installation located in the Art Garden of The Henderson, Hong Kong.
Projected onto two Chorisia trees, the work unfolds as a five-minute loop of slowly evolving visuals and sound, visible every evening within the garden.

Conceived as a place of calm within the dense urban environment, the installation invites visitors to pause, sit down and immerse themselves in light and music. Embedded in the carefully designed landscape of the Art Garden, Hypnotic Dream offers a moment of stillness and presence amid the surrounding city.

The visuals and soundscapes are developed specifically for the two trees, each receiving a subtly different sequence responding to their individual form and position within the garden. The installation creates a quiet, meditative experience — a gentle counterpoint to the constant movement of the city.
